THE COMPANY

S.T.A. was set up in 1975 as a die manufacturer.

The founding partners Francesco Tedeschi and Fabio Sarti were then joined in 1982 by Silvio Tedeschi. In 2001 S.T.A. purchased 51% of the company OMAS stampaggi owned by Giovanni Sarti. Company growth was constant and ongoing: the original 3 employees have now increased to 30. The main factors for such success lie in the ability to adapt and skill.

• Dies for chassis parts in the automotive sector (car/tractor/earthmoving machinery)

• Dies for motorcycle parts (pressed frames, cowlings)
• Dies for interior furnishing products (chairs and armchairs)
• Dies for composite materials (SMC)
• Production, assembly and finishing of sheet metal products (pre-series or standard production lines)

Skill: technical experience in the sector
Design and production of the die from design on paper, computerised formulas, or samples.
Support in client design (co-design) and production of prototypes of sheet metal parts
Technology for production of standard line pressed parts
