THE COMPANY
S.T.A. was set up in 1975 as a die manufacturer.
The founding partners Francesco Tedeschi and Fabio Sarti were then joined in 1982 by Silvio Tedeschi. In 2001 S.T.A. purchased 51% of the company OMAS stampaggi owned by Giovanni Sarti. Company growth was constant and ongoing: the original 3 employees have now increased to 30. The main factors for such success lie in the ability to adapt and skill.
Eclecticism: the ability to adapt to different sectors
From the design and production of dies for motorcycles, the company expanded to other sectors:
Dies for car/tractor/earthmoving machinery spare parts
Dies for chassis parts in the automotive sector (car/tractor/earthmoving machinery)
Dies for elements of air conditioning unit enclosures
Dies for motorcycle parts (pressed frames, cowlings)
Dies for interior furnishing products (chairs and armchairs)
Dies for composite materials (SMC)
Production, assembly and finishing of sheet metal products (pre-series or standard production lines)
Skill: technical experience in the sector
Design and production of the die from design on paper, computerised formulas, or samples.
Support in client design (co-design) and production of prototypes of sheet metal parts
Technology for production of standard line pressed parts
After 30 years of business, we continue with enthusiasm to meet the new challenges put forward by our clients, sharing with them our experience and will to develop further.
