In 1999 we decided to sustain company growth by reviewing our internal organisation, to consolidate the change from status as a small enterprise to an industrial entity.
For this process, we used the principles for quality management as laid down in the international standards ISO 9001:1994 and the more recent version ISO 9001:2000.
To give this decision more visibility and strength, the management put their quality system through the procedure for official certification. At the start of 2001 our objective was reached and the company obtained certification to ISO 9001:1994 from this prestigious international organisation.
Naturally we dont just stop here; quality, seen as the efficiency of the company system, is something to ensure on a day to day basis.
Our attention is not focussed on the formal aspect of the quality system but on the proof of its implementation:
