The group S.T.A.-O.M.A.S. is equipped with machinery and equipment for in-house production of:
• CAD-CAM design of dies (possibility of importing client’s CAD files in any format)
• Measurement and control with 3D POLI measurement machinery
• Electrical Discharge Machining, both plunge spark and wire type
• CNC machine processing
• Heat treatments of aluminium for conversion from T4 status to T6
• Washing of small to medium sized parts
• BOLLHOFF self-perforating riveting system
• TUCKER welding system
• TIG and MIG welding
• Assembly with special inserts
• Sheet metal pressing on hydraulic presses from 250 to 800 t
• Sheet metal pressing on mechanical presses from 25 to 400 t
