STA S.p.A. has adopted an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Health and Safety at Work, realized in compliance with the standards UNI EN ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (specific for the automotive sector), UNI EN ISO 14001 and UNI EN ISO 45001.

STA’s Quality Management System, certified by TÜV, has as its primary objective the excellence of the product and service, as a means to obtain and increase customer loyalty and as a strategic tool for the creation of value for the shareholders.

The Environmental Management System has as its primary objective the respect for the environment, achieved through the identification of the effects that company produces on it, their control and the identification of methods to minimize impacts from the point of view of pollution and environmental degradation.

The primary objective of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System is to ensure the health and safety of workers at work, through full compliance with applicable regulations and the commitment to actively pursue the elimination and/or reduction of risks, continuously improving the company’s performance in terms of occupational health and safety.
